When you join Sentrian One, or introduce new components into your supported environment, the Service Transition team aims to make the change as smooth as possible for you and your staff by anticipating potential problems, coordinating Sentrian resources, following best-practice methodologies and providing regular and effective communications.
Service Operations is the hub of Sentrian One, ensuring your IT keeps running at peak performance and your people get the help they need, when they need it, regardless of their device or location. The Service Operations team make sure your IT is continually monitored and that all incidents, events and service requests are handled within the agreed service level targets according to their priority.
Network Operations brings together the highest level of technical skills to provide secure, reliable infrastructure to Sentrian One clients – be that on premise, in our data centre or in the cloud with Amazon Web Services. Complex service requests are escalated to these Engineers, and the team works hard to maintain the training and technical certifications necessary to ensure that the expertise to support each element of our technology stack is always available.
